Kerry Radcliffe

Kerry Radcliffe is an Executive Coach who works with young, creative, and high-potential leaders in the corporate, educational and non-profit sectors.

Kerry combines her knowledge of organizational systems and strategies with emerging findings in human development and leadership presence. For 12 years, she served as a long-time coach and strategist for an iconic French fashion house, splitting her time between New York, Paris and San Francisco. Her other clients include National Public Radio, Pixar, Los Angeles Children’s Museum, Areva (French Nuclear Energy Company), EO (Entrepreneur’s Organization), Peet’s Coffee and Hewlett Packard.

Kerry holds a BA in English Literature from Alma College and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Loyola University. She has managed her own coaching practice for the last 15 years.

Before becoming a coach, Kerry worked as a strategist and change-management consultant with Accenture. She also managed the Executive Leadership Development program at Gap Inc., while teaching Business Communication classes at Keller School of Management. For the last 8 years she has served as a manuscript editor for Berret-Koehler Publishing and is currently writing her first book.

Kerry became a certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West in 2004, joining the NVW faculty in 2010. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband, two children and numerous pets.
