Lizzie Winn

With a background in music publishing and self-development, Lizzie has spent the last 13 years honing her skills in human resources, coaching, event organizing and community building in London, UK.

Having gained a Bachelor of Science in Management Sciences and French from The University of Southampton and Grenoble, she worked in the London music industry for 4 years. Then, during her “quarter-life crisis” at the age of 25, she moved to India for 2 years, learning meditation, yoga and hotel management. Her project was to enable a rural Indian holiday resort in Kerala to become a lucrative source of Western revenue for the associated orphanages that benefited from its existence.

Returning from India, Lizzie knew that she wanted to make a contribution in the field of self-development and spirituality, so she joined the organization of her brother-in-law, Robert Holden, a world renowned spiritual teacher, author, speaker and workshop leader who studies love, happiness and success. There Lizzie has gained experience in organizing large events while remaining sensitive to the learning environment and the needs of a growing community of people on a spiritual path. She also does marketing, community building and graphic design.

A certified Integral Coach, Lizzie enjoys deep conversations about what it means to step out of the norm and live the lives we were made for. She writes a Facebook blog called Sacred Rebellion, with topics including how we’ve become hypnotized into following the crowd rather than living our purpose. Her clients benefit from a candid, honest and humor-filled approach that is infused with shadow work and a deepening of our awareness that can bring us to making bold and meaningful choices for our lives. She came to know New Ventures West through her extensive studies with Don Riso and Russ Hudson, founders of the Enneagram Institute. The Enneagram factors significantly into her coaching.

A keen golfer, Lizzie lives in London with her fiance Matthew and is closely surrounded by her family of mum, dad, sister, brother, brother-in-law, niece, nephew and step-daughter and has many wonderful friends who support her on her way.
