Justin Wise is a Certified Integral Coach® and co-founder of thirdspace, a UK-based coaching and organisation development consultancy. He is currently involved in leading Integral Coaching programmes in London with a view to establishing the discipline as a significant contributor to the field in the UK and Europe. His coaching clients often include senior leaders who have strong academic, professional or intellectual backgrounds. He particularly enjoys helping people flourish amidst the challenges and opportunities that such backgrounds frequently present. He also finds enormous interest in coaching and consulting that helps people connect more deeply with each other, and sees coaching and organisation development as vital disciplines in the creation of sustainable, ethical communities, organisations and societies.
Justin’s clients include senior leaders at the European Space Agency, ASDA-Walmart, Unilever and Cancer Research UK. He is a graduate of the MSc program in People and Organisation Development at the Roffey Park Institute, and holds postgraduate degrees from both Cambridge University and University College London. He also brings to his work the background of many years experience in computer software companies, where he was the co-founder of a Queen’s Award winning software house that developed motion graphics technology for the television and film industries.
Justin’s life-long involvement with learning, teaching and development found early expression in the Jewish community in London, where he has long been a respected and sought-after educator and leader. He is fascinated by philosophy, music, science, art, theatre and poetry. He lives in London with his wife Davina and three young, dynamic and creative children, with all of whom he loves sharing life’s adventures.
