Dawn Brown

Dawn Brown brings over 25 years of leadership, coaching and organizational consulting experience to leaders and teams in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Previously she worked in various leadership roles for Pacific Bell and has done extensive work with executives and managers in other technology, customer service and training organizations.

Dawn’s coaching style is a blend of inquiry, rigor, and compassion. She helps clients transition from manager to leader, increasing their effectiveness as they learn to navigate within political infrastructures, to improve their ability to delegate effectively, and to be more collaborative.

She was educated in business at Cal Poly Pomona and earned her Integral Coach® certification from the New Ventures West in San Francisco, where she is on the faculty of the Professional Coaching Course. She is also credentialed by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach. Dawn has served on the board for the Professional Coaches & Mentors Association and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Women & Leadership Network.

Dawn lives in Laguna Niguel, California, and enjoys spending time with her three adult children and four grandchildren. She loves the ocean and being in nature and is an avid Pilates practitioner.
