This in-person workshop is designed for people who feel called to lead—for whom leadership is a vocation.  The intensive takes place over four consecutive days and blends the concepts and practices of self-leadership (explored in the teleclass) with powerful somatic work that will ground the experience in our bodies. The pre-course assignment will prime your thinking as you prepare yourself for this deep dive into what it means to lead.

This workshop can be customized to fit the culture of your organization and to incorporate specific language and goals of the enterprise.  A minimum of eight and a maximum of eighteen participants is a workable size.
