Carole Henmi has a leadership coaching and consulting practice committed to helping individuals improve their effectiveness in their careers, as well as the quality of their lives. She currently coaches leaders, domestically and internationally, in a variety of organizations.
Prior to starting her private practice in 2001, Carole held management roles for over twenty years in Fortune 100 corporations. She was responsible for managing executive and management development at Oracle Corporation, where she focused on building leadership capabilities globally. Carole’s experience also includes leading sales and account management organizations at American Express Company. During her tenure, she was also responsible for managing several strategic change initiatives that were implemented on a worldwide basis.
Carole has taught a variety of leadership development courses to audiences in the US, Europe and Asia, and continues to be on the faculty of several companies. She holds a Masters in Business Administration, and is a certified Integral Coach® by New Ventures West.
Carole and her husband, David, like to divide their time between their home on the Peninsula and playing “Green Acres” on the weekends with family and friends at their ranch property in the Santa Cruz Mountains. She is a longtime yoga practitioner, loves hiking and the outdoors and traveling to explore remote cultures and places throughout the world.
