Tom Fahy

Tom Fahy, Ph.D., RODC, is the founder of Leadership Resource Group, Inc., a management and organization development consulting firm specializing in executive coaching and senior-level leadership development. He has also worked extensively with clients in open systems planning, change management, team development, third party conflict resolution and the training of staff professionals in consulting and negotiation skills. Tom leads Coaching to Excellence and coaches participants in the Professional Coaching Course.

Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Tom worked for over ten years with Washington National Corporation where he was Vice President for Human Resources at the corporate and divisional levels and corporate Vice President for Organization Development.

Tom is a faculty associate with the Graduate School of Business and the Institute for Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Loyola University Chicago. In 1999, Tom was recognized by his faculty colleagues at Loyola for excellence in teaching.

Tom is a registered organization development consultant and is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West. He is a member of the faculty of the Satir Institute of the Southeast and a member of the National Organization Development Network, the Society for Human Resources Management, the International Coach Federation and the Association for Psychological Type.

Tom lives in Chicago along the lakeshore, where he enjoys walking and riding his bike. He founded a well-respected community theater company and was involved as an actor or director in over 20 productions. He likes cooking, entertaining friends at home, and traveling.
