Craig O’Flaherty is Director of The Center for Coaching at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town; Director of Weathervane, an executive coaching practice; and Senior Coach for Integral Leadership. He coaches senior executives and leadership teams in leading South African organizations and trains prospective business and life coaches. He also consults on the design and implementation of coaching cultures and processes within companies.
In the 12 years prior to his coaching work, Craig worked as a partner with two of the world’s leading consulting companies, Accenture and Gemini Consulting, in the dynamic world of strategy consulting. During that time he operated at the CEO, board and senior executive levels, designing and implementing strategy and organizational transformation programs across a wide range of industries. Craig has experience dealing with executives on the critical competitive issues facing their organizations, fashioning and implementing strategic change agendas in order to reposition organizations within their markets and industries.
Craig is a certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West and Professional Certified Coach through ICF. He launched the first African Professional Coaching Course in Cape Town in 2005. He has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Masters in Business Administration from Wits Business School.
